Important Things To Remember for 2012-2013
- Lovejoy ISD Cafeteria plan year is September 1, 2012 through August 31, 2013.
- NBS Administrators is the NEW Third Party Administrator (TPA) for Flex Claims, (Healthcare and Child Care Reimbursement) for the plan year beginning September 1, 2012 through August 31, 2013.
- The District continues to include the stored value Debit VISA Card, known as the MGM Flex Card, for Medical Reimbursement effective September 1. Everyone who participates in the FSA plan will receive a new card this year and FBS will pay the monthly Admin fee. Receipts should be maintained in the event of an audit. - First Continental/Oraquest will continue as the dental carrier for the coming year. The benefits and premiums will remain the same for the coming year. Plan summary and rates are available at on the Benefit Highlights link / Dental.
- Block Vision continues as the Vision Provider and the premiums and benefits will remain the same for the coming year.
- Unum continues as the Employer-paid Disability and Term Life/AD&D plan for Lovejoy ISD eligible employees.

- Loyal American is the Cancer plan for Lovejoy ISD. Plan summary and rates are available on the Benefit Highlights link / Cancer.
- Voluntary Plan offerings to Lovejoy ISD employees include: First Continental/Oraquest Dental, Block Vision, Short Term Disability, Loyal American Cancer, Allstate Heart & Stroke, Unum Term Life and Flexible Spending Accounts.

- New this year, District benefits now include help with your personal auto and home insurance, from Liberty Mutual.
